Surveillance Footage Proves Law & Order Actor Is Innocent!!

Hmm. Maybe he really wasn't acting shady!! We just reported that Law & Order's Richard Belzer was accused of harrassing and choking an Apple store employee in Manhattan yesterday, but the actor has come forward and claimed that surveillance footage proves that nothing happened!!
